Product formats and prices

Product descriptions state the labelled contents and supplied format. The amount printed on a pen is its total contents, not a personal dose. Prices are displayed in IDR.

Named bundles have their own displayed price. The same pens added separately do not automatically receive the bundle saving.

Payment and order confirmation

An order number confirms that your details were saved. Payment, availability and the delivery time still need confirmation with our team. No payment is taken by this checkout.

Delivery and product support

View delivery details. Delivery in Bali costs IDR 100,000 and is free with 3 or more pens. Delivery usually takes 2–3 hours after confirmation. Our team confirms the time for your address before dispatch.

View product support and returns. If there is a problem with your pen or product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is free, with a replacement or refund arranged through our team.
