BPC-157 + TB-500 Pens: What a 16 mg + 16 mg Label Means

Understand BPC-157 and TB-500 blend contents, recovery-study claims and the difference between one blended pen and a bundle of separate products.

The SimplePeptide BPC-157 + TB-500 pen is labelled 16 mg of BPC-157 plus 16 mg of TB-500, for 32 mg combined. It costs IDR 3,000,000. The combined total does not mean 32 mg of each ingredient, and a blend is not the same purchase as two separate pens.

Those details are the most useful place to start when comparing recovery-peptide listings.

Read the plus sign as two contents

Label statementHow to read it
BPC-157 16 mgLabelled amount of the first ingredient
TB-500 16 mgLabelled amount of the second ingredient
32 mg combinedSum of the two labelled amounts

If another listing gives only “32 mg recovery blend,” ask for the component amounts before comparing it with this product. The same combined total can describe different proportions.

Why people search for these ingredients around recovery

BPC-157 has been investigated in preclinical tissue-repair models. One primary study examined surgically transected Achilles tendons in rats and reported improved healing measurements. That study is about an experimental injury model, not a clinical return-to-sport timetable.

Thymosin beta-4 has also been investigated in wound-repair experiments, including a rat wound model. A study naming thymosin beta-4 should not automatically be treated as verification of the exact identity and formulation of every product marketed as TB-500.

The research explains the recovery interest. It does not establish that this combined pen heals an injury within a specified number of weeks.

A blend and a bundle answer different shopping questions

The pen combines the two labelled ingredients in one product. A bundle pairs that pen with another separate pen and applies a stated saving.

On SimplePeptide, COMEBACK MODE pairs BPC-157 + TB-500 with CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. REPAIR & GLOW pairs it with GHK-Cu. Check the bundle page for the complete contents and current total price; the bundle names are commercial names, not evidence that the combinations have been tested as treatment programmes.

What to confirm before deciding

Check the identity documentation, both component amounts, the full price and the applicable handling instructions. If comparing a blend with two individual products, compare the exact quantities rather than the number of boxes in the photograph.

For a recovery goal, also define what you mean: less pain, improved movement, a healed tissue injury or readiness to resume sport. Those require different assessments and cannot be inferred from the word “recovery” alone.

The BPC-157 + TB-500 product page brings the store's format, documents and order options together. Use it to resolve the commercial details while keeping an injury assessment and rehabilitation plan specific to the actual problem.
